This happens every morning. The busses I see everyday are 391, 396, 375 (although it may be 891, 896, 875). The come through one right after another between 6:40-6:50 from Gender Rd and go right to the school. All busses are empty. What gets me is that they do not even come through slowly! They drive too fast and have no regard for people pulling out of their driveways, walking, etc. I live right on their 'shortcut' and it is really annoying. I don't usually complain about stuff, but this is just one of those things that shouldn't happen. They have a direct route into the school from Gender. Why can't they use it? Too many times I have had to clean up other dogs messes on my front lawn. I am getting very disgusted with it. I clean up after my dog and I think that it is common courtesy for others to clean up after theirs.... not to mention keeping their dogs on a leash when they take them out to go. I am speaking for myself as well as other concerned residence of Northfield Rd. 49 Northfield Rd. connects to Rt.4 and evidently there is an opening for kids to cut thru using our Rd. as a short cut to and from. It is a little scary because they are mostly men and not babies they are young teens. Who tend to be very aggressive, while going down the street will actually stop and look in your vehicle? And if you ask if there is a problem they get very nasty. Is there anyone we can contact to try to control this situation, before it comes to something more than just walking down the street? And a person ends up hurt or worse or our homes are invaded. We would hope our neighbor who allows this would try and put a stop to it, then again maybe they are afraid to approach the individuals. Again they are not Scottfield Residence. We have lived in Scottfield for over 30 years and have paid our dues faithfully. Hoping for some help here. Time: 20:56:07 We moved to Scottfield in '86. When we moved here there was pride in the neighborhood. You were not allowed to leave furniture sitting outside your house, bushes were to be cut and not hang over the side walk, the Island was always properly taken care of etc. Over the years, as new people moved in things have gone way down. There is not the pride in the neighborhood and it is very evident! We need to get back to enforcing the laws. We have to live here and it is not fair when other people come in, and don't care if they are tearing down the value of Scottfield. The Island job needs to be given to someone who truly cares about how it looks and represents are development. Right now all that has been done is the island raked. No mulch has been put down, no bushes cut. What kind of message are we sending? At times, I am totally embarrassed to even say I live here, and that didn't use to be the case. We must start holding people accountable for how they keep their property, it does affect others. ******************************************************************************* Date: 16 Oct 2008 Time: 12:48:27 I live on Manfield road and everyday there are a group of kids coming back from Gauger. They are always in the middle of the road, they have no respect for drivers trying to get around them, and they have fowl mouths. I have small children and they shouldn't have to hear or see that. If any parents know of their children taking this route home, please address this with your child.

On December 28th at 3:00 am someone tried to break into our house. They were able to open our metal cellar doors because our mother who is older could not lock them. She however did lock the door within the cellar doors. About 3:00 am she was awaken by our alarm going off and the dog going crazy. She went downstairs and the doors were open and she went out back and the fence was wide open which means that must have ran. They may be inexpensive but they do horrible work... Had a driveway put in by then and it started cracking in less than a year, not nearly enough expansion joints for the size of the driveway. water puddles near the house in the back of the driveway, worst job I ever saw. feel free to contact us if you want to see the job they did.... welovedisney@aol.com *******************************************************************************

I live on Linfield. The intersection of Linfield and Scottfield is very dangerous because of the number of vehicles parked at the top of street (Linfield). I also got hit head on by a Arrow truck who was turning (off Scottfield) on to Linfield to avoid going down Scottfield to the main entrance. See Linfield has NO speed bumps and a lot of traffic come down this street to avoid Scottfield, or to take a short cut to the main entrance. We also have a lot of young children on this street. (1) speed bumps need to be added to cut down on traffic and speed; (2) can we do anything about the excess vehicles at the top of the street.

What I find very annoying is that they say over and over to submit violations to the website for the county, but they don't do anything in reference to the violator. We have someone on our street with 2 inoperable cars and have had numerous complaints from neighbors, but the county does nothing. They are well known by the inspectors and has had the same issue for 2 years now I don't understand why the county just doesn't take the cars away to a lot, they're never going to fix them or get them registered, but they just want us to keep on putting in complaints, why ? since this has been an issue for at least 2 years now and nothing has been done. ******************************************************************************* Date: 31 Aug 2009 Time: 12:44:49

In looking up violations I noticed that they listed that boats being parked on the street was a violation, but when you go to the online submission there is nothing listed for boats which violation should you choose ? ******************************************************************************* Dear Scottfield residents,
My family has been a resident of Scottfield for 18 years and this has been a great neighborhood to raise our girls. It is hard to believe that you can’t pay $20.00 a year for dues. There are so many things that you benefit from living in such a tight community. If you can afford to go out once a year than you can pay your dues!!!
