Meeting Canceled

Our May meeting was scheduled for this Wednesday the 16th has to be canceled. I will not be able to conduct the meeting due to my daughter is having her Graduation Ceremony for College this night.

We will be Scheduling a June Meeting but at this moment we are looking for a place to have this June meeting. I will be sending out an email when we get  A place to have it.

Message from the Board

As you all know that the end of this term, Buel and Frank would have been stepping down as President and Treasurer. Buel and Frank have agreed to stay on one more year hoping someone will step forward to take their positions. At this point no one has come forward to fill these positions. Hopefully someone will step up so we would not have to be faced in dissolving the Civic Association at the end of this next term. If this happens there will be no snow plowing, sign maintenance, island and sign area landscaping, events for the children and no liaison help between Politicians, Police, and New Castle County for residents with problems. We are willing to help out anyone that comes forward to make a smooth transformation. We hope someone will come forward to continue this needed community service. A civic association greatly improves your property value, especially in this rough housing market.
